All visitors except the Indian nationals must hold passport and valid visa. Visa can be obtained at the Nepalese diplomatic missions and consulates abroad. Visa is also issued at the entry points. It can be extended at the Department of Immigration, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. Children under 10 years need not pay any visa fee. People willing to get entry Visa at the airport or any of the land entry points are required to fill a visa form with passport photograph. PASSPORT AND VISAS:

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip; please refer to the Trip Notes for details. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.

In case of cancellation by the Traveller, the Agency has the right to charge a percentage cancellation fee according to the following scale:

Up to 30 days before the “Trip Start Day” a fee of 20%
15-29 days before the “Trip Start Day” a fee of 30%
7-14 days before the “Trip Start Day” a fee of 60%
6 or less days until the “Trip Start Day” and in the event of non-appearance a fees of 90%
