The best time to visit the 11 Days Nepal Tour covering Kathmandu, Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara, Bandipur & Nagarkot is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. These periods offer the most favorable weather conditions, clear skies, and optimal temperatures, making sightseeing and outdoor activities more enjoyable.

Spring (March to May)

In spring, Nepal is vibrant with blooming flowers, especially the famous rhododendrons in the hilly regions. The weather is pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 30°C (68°F to 86°F) in places like Kathmandu and Pokhara, and slightly cooler in higher-altitude areas like Nagarkot. This is an ideal time for wildlife safaris in Chitwan, cultural exploration in Lumbini, and outdoor activities such as boating on Phewa Lake in Pokhara.

Autumn (September to November)

Autumn is considered the peak tourist season due to its stable weather and stunning visibility. The monsoon rains subside, leaving the landscape lush and green. Clear skies offer breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges from Sarangkot and Nagarkot, perfect for sunrise watching. Temperatures are comfortable, ranging from 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F), ideal for touring Kathmandu's temples, exploring the historic streets of Bhaktapur, and enjoying the cultural sites in Bandipur.

Other Seasons

Winter (December to February): While still a good time to visit, winter can be chilly, especially in Nagarkot and Bandipur, where temperatures can drop to 5°C (41°F) at night. Days remain sunny and suitable for sightseeing, but packing warm clothes is essential.

Monsoon (June to August): This period experiences heavy rainfall, which can make travel challenging due to wet and slippery roads. However, if you enjoy lush green landscapes and fewer crowds, visiting during the monsoon might be appealing, especially in places like Chitwan and Lumbini.

For an immersive experience with ideal weather and spectacular views, plan your 11 Days Nepal Tour during spring or autumn.
