Your adventure begins with a warm welcome by Destination Nepal Tours and Travels' representative at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. After a day of rest or preparation, you’ll start the journey with a scenic drive to Syabrubesi, the gateway to the Langtang Valley. From Syabrubesi, the trekking adventure unfolds as you ascend to Bamboo, a serene stop surrounded by lush greenery.
The trek continues to Lama Hotel, where you'll be immersed in the peaceful ambiance of nature. Next, the journey takes you to Langtang Village, a charming settlement rich in traditional Tamang culture and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The highlight of the trek is reaching Kyanjin Gompa, the spiritual heart of the Langtang region, where you can visit the Kyanjin Viewpoint for panoramic vistas of the snow-capped peaks, including Langtang Lirung.
On the return leg, you’ll trek back through Ghodatabela to Syabrubesi. The adventure concludes with a comfortable drive back to Kathmandu, followed by an evening of authentic Nepali cuisine and a cultural program to celebrate your trekking experience. Best Time for the 7 Days Langtang Trek

Spring (March to May)
Spring is one of the most popular times for the Langtang trek. The trails come alive with blooming rhododendrons and vibrant greenery, creating a colorful and picturesque journey. The weather is generally stable, with clear skies offering spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks. -
Summer/Monsoon (June to August)
Summer brings lush greenery and refreshed landscapes due to the monsoon rains. While the trails may be slippery and the views occasionally obscured by clouds, this season is perfect for solitude seekers and those who love vibrant, rain-washed scenery. -

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the city or resting to get acclimatized to the high altitude.

After an early morning wake-up and breakfast, we begin our journey from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi by road. The drive follows the scenic Trishuli Highway, running alongside the Trishuli River. Along the way, we pass through local villages and towns, soaking in the culture.
As we continue, we encounter a few checkposts and navigate narrow roads that lead us to Dhunche. At the Army checkpost in Dhunche, we obtain the necessary entry permit for Langtang National Park. This is a key checkpoint as the Tibet border is just 20 kilometers away, and thorough bag checks ensure safety.
From Dhunche, we descend to Syabrubesi. Although the road is rough, the scenic surroundings make the trip worthwhile. Once we reach Syabrubesi, we begin our hike toward Bamboo, crossing suspension bridges and trekking along the riverbanks. After 2-3 hours, we arrive at Bamboo and stay overnight.

Distance: Approximately 10-12 kilometers (6-7 miles)
We will start the day early with a hearty breakfast before beginning our trek to Langtang Village. The trail offers beautiful views as we gradually climb through green hills and scenic valleys.
On the way, we pass through small villages where we can experience the local lifestyle and meet friendly locals. As we get closer to Langtang Village, which sits at about 3,430 meters, we’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. After a rewarding day of trekking, we will rest for the night in a cozy teahouse.

Distance: Approximately 25-27 kilometers (15.6-16.8 miles)
Today's trek takes us from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa, located at an altitude of about 3,870 meters. The trail offers stunning mountain and valley views along the way. Once we reach Kyanjin Gompa, we enjoy lunch and explore the peaceful monastery.
In the afternoon, we hike to Kyanjin Viewpoint (3,870 meters) for a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains. After capturing these incredible sights, we descend to Ghodatabela, which sits at around 3,000 meters, for a well-earned rest.

Distance: Approximately 20-22 kilometers (12-14 miles)
As we say goodbye to the beautiful Langtang region, we begin our trek from Ghodatabela back to Syabrubesi. The trail takes us through familiar landscapes, allowing you to enjoy the last breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys. As you descend, take your time to fully appreciate the beauty of this enchanting area, passing through lush forests and charming villages along the way.
After a rewarding day of trekking, we arrive in Syabrubesi, where a cozy hotel awaits for a comfortable night's stay. This marks the end of our adventure in the unforgettable Langtang region.

The drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu takes about 7-8 hours, following a scenic route along the Trishuli River. Enjoy stunning views of lush hills, traditional villages, and winding mountain roads as you journey back to the capital.
