On arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Destination Nepal Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the city on your own or relax at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive around [210 km-6-7 hrs] to Pokhara, passing through valleys, rivers, terrace fields and some spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges. 
Today evening free time to explore around Lake side [around Phewa Lake]

Early morning drive to Sarangkot [1700m/5577ft] for sunrise and close-up view of Annapurna & Fishtail Mountain range
You will get a early morning wakeup call from the reception as we need to drive 12 km from the city of Pokhara to see the sunrise and the Annapurna and the Dhaulagiri range.

After breakfast, Half day city tour of Bindabasini temple, Davis fall, Gupteswori Mahadev cave, Tibetan refugee camp & Seti gorge 

After breakfast; drive towards the Davis fall, named after a Swiss coupled washed away by the waterfall in 1961.  Then cross the road and go to the Gupteshwor cave with a self created statue of Lord shiva and the view of Davis fall coming down from the other side.  A 5 minutes walk from the Gupteshwor cave is the Tibetan refugee camp where you can see Tibetan refugees doing different kinds of work for livelihood such as making carpets, making jewelries with semi precious stones and selling things to tourist. After spending some time to understand Tibet and its political conditions in the area we head towards the Bindabasini temple and the Seti river gorge.

After breakfast, drive to Lumbini [200 km-6-7 hrs]. After check in, visit around Birth place of Lord Buddha [Maya Devi Temple and surrounding monasteries].

Today after breakfast, drive around [150 km-4-5 hrs] to Chitwan, after arriving and settling in, you will be introduced to the camp staff and resident naturalists who will discuss the program. There is some flexibility, and activities may vary depending on the time of the year, and on wildlife movements. A late-afternoon safari will take you through forests and across grasslands to observe the varied and exciting wildlife in the park. In the early evening the local Tharu dance troupe may perform a cultural program. You will then enjoy dinner and afterwards you will be free to relax in the bar and discuss the day’s sightings or listen to the exotic sounds of the jungle at night.

Embark on an early-morning excursion. This could include either another safari to different parts of the park (in search of the great rhino, deer, and exotic bird life) or joining one of the other activities available in the park. Tiger sightings are rare these days, but these magnificent animals do inhabit the park. After breakfast you will leave the lodge and go on a dugout canoe adventure on the Rapti River. This is an exciting trip with chances to view marsh mugger crocodiles and various birds that inhabit the riverbanks. A program will be organized for the rest of the day, and may include further excursions by jeep or a visit to one of the nearby villages.

All visitors (except Indian nationals) must have a valid passport and visa to enter Nepal. Visas are available at Nepalese embassies/consulates or entry points. To avoid queues, complete the online visa form within 10 days of your arrival date. Children under 10 are exempt from visa fees. You must have a valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your trip) and all required visas, permits, and certificates for your destinations. TIPPING

Tips are appreciated by your support team after the trip. Tips are not mandatory in Nepal but recommended. The amount depends on your budget and appreciation of their work. Where restaurant meals are involved, the tipping is usually 10% of the bill. We would like to request all travelers to give tips separately for driver & guide. Our suggestion is US$ 5 per day by per tourist to driver if same driver is there for whole trip & US$ 10 per day to guide.

Your booking will be confirmed via email after a 40% deposit of the total trip cost is made through our payment gateway via credit/debit card. The remaining 60% is payable upon arrival in Kathmandu. You may pay the 40% deposit by card or cash, with at least 20% required in cash (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD, JPY, or SGD).

CANCELATION

If the traveler cancels, the agency charges a cancellation fee based on the following:

  • 20% if canceled up to 30 days before the trip
  • 30% if canceled 15-29 days before the trip
  • 60% if canceled 7-14 days before the trip
  • 90% if canceled 6 or fewer days before the trip or in case of no-show
